US Open: Fight in Stands Caught on Video
As Novak Djokovic was beating Philipp Petzschner in the US Open, a fight broke out in the stands at Arthur Ashe Stadium. The fight started after a woman admonished a man over his swearing during the match. The man slapped her in the face, and the woman's dad then rushed the man. Other spectators got involved, and the match was temporarily disrupted.
Novak Djokovic will advance to the third round. The brawlers were removed from the stadium. You'll end up watching the US Open fight video.
Said the NY Post, "You sure as #%&*don't see this at Wimbledon!"

The man did not slap the woman... the woman slapped the man. The man responded to the slap with nothing more than a surprised laugh before the argument continued. It was only after things started to settle down that the old man decided to assault the other man. There's a longer video on youtube showing the slap.

Your reporting of the information is wrong, Jordan. The younger man did NOT hit the woman, nor the man. Watch the video. If this is a serious reporting website you MUST get your facts right. This is one easy fact to be sure of since the video is everywhere and there is only one way to see which person struck whom first. If this is just an anyone can report on anything they like site and you have a daytime job outside of reporting the facts, then I understand. The only other reason I can see a report botched so badly if it was on purpose to try to mess with people. Seriously, if you are trying to be a respectable reporter, just give up now....it is obviously not your forte.

You guys should fire Jordan Yerman. The guy hit the woman? He obviously didn't even bother to watch the three minute video before posting up a bogus new article. Way to be a good Journalist, Jordan.

The man never hit the woman. Nice of you to twist things around to fit your sexist agenda. The woman and the old man should've been arrested. The young guy should've been given a warning and returned to his seat. He's the only one that did nothing illegal.

Jordan Yerman, what an idiot. I can't believe someone can get their facts so wrong over a threee minute video and publish it on the internet.
