USA Rugby To Compete in First Ever Women's Rugby World Cup

USA Rugby is about to send its women's team to the first ever Women's Rugby Sevens World Cup to be held in Dubai.

The USA rugby team is playing a series of exhibition matches against the New Zealand Maori team to get tuned up for the tournament.

While rugby is popular around the world, particularly in British Commonwealth nations, it does not particularly well known in the US. That hasn't stopped the US Women's Rugby team, who come from a variety of backgrounds.

For those who aren't familiar with how to play rugby, here is a breakdown of the rules of rugby. Rugby sevens has similar rules, but is played with seven players rather than 15 in rugby union.
