If there's one thing we've learned about Venus Williams, it's that she's a tall woman who like short dresses. Over the years, the tennis star has performed in skirts that have barely covered her 6-foot frame. This year is no different, as Venus Williams wore a short dress during her first match at the 2011 Australian Open.

The Venus Williams short dress was the talk of Melbourne during her opening round victory over Sara Errani. Williams wore a short bright blue dress and black undergarments.

The Australian Open short dress is nothing compared to outfits she's worn in the past. She got a lot of attention for a skimpy pink number she wore at the 2010 US Open. And at last year's Australian Open, many thought Venus Williams was going commando.
