September 15, 2012- The WFL, Wine Football League started week #2 this past Thursday night with a classic Burgundy Division matchup between the Chicago Magnums vs. the Green Bay Ice Wines.

Green Bay defeated Chicago 23-10.  It was the first win of the season for Ice Wines who lost in week #1 to the San Francisco Cava Gold 30-22.

WFL Wine Football League week #2:

Tampa Bay Beaujolais vs. NY Super Tuscans. The Harvest Division (NFC South) vs. the Estate Division (NFC East).

Houston Tignanellos vs. Jacksonville Jeroboams. Chateau Division (AFC South) rivals get it on.

Cleveland Bruts vs. Cincinnati Muscats. Two Classico Division (AFC North) foes meet in a battle for the bragging rights for the state of Ohio.  

Kansas City Big Reds vs. Buffalo Vinos. The Sonoma Division (AFC West) vs. the Vintage Division (AFC East) in a battle of two former AFL (American Football League) rivals .

Baltimore Ports vs. Philadelphia Flights. A Classico Division (AFC North) vs. the Estate Division (NFC East) in a battle for two I-95 rival teams.

Minnesota Malbecs vs. Indianapolis Imperials. A Burgundy Division (NFC North) vs. the Chateau Division (AFC South) matchup.

Oakland Cabernet Francs vs. Miami Zins (Zinfandels). The Sonoma Division (AFC West) vs. Vintage Division (AFC East) in battle of two old school rivals that date back to the glorious 1970's.

New Orleans Blanc de Blancs vs. Carolina Brunellos. A Harvest Division (NFC South)  matchup.

Arizona Clarets vs. New England Barolos. The Reserva Division (NFC West) vs. the Vintage Division (AFC East) inter-conference battle.

Washington Grapeskins vs. St. Louis Riojas. The Estate Division (NFC East) vs. the Reserva Division (NFC West) in a Napa Football Conference (NFC) rumble.  

Dallas Corkboys vs. Seattle Pinots. The Estate Division (NFC East) vs. the Reserva Division (NFC West) in another Napa Football Conference showdown.

Tennessee Tannins vs. San Diego Bodegas. A Chateau Division (AFC South) vs. Sonoma Division (AFC West) Appellation Football Conference (AFC) matchup.

New York Grand Crus vs. Pittsburgh Steel Barrels. A Vintage Division (AFC East) vs. Classico Division (AFC North) heavyweight battle of two Appellation Football Conference foes. The AFC game of the week.

Detroit Shiraz vs. San Francisco Cava Gold. The Sunday Night Burgundy Division (NFC North) vs. Reserva Division (NFC West) hard hitting NFC contest of two teams that made the playoffs last season. The Cava Gold are considered the best team in the NFC season.

Denver Barbarescos vs. Atlanta Lambruscos. The Monday Night Football battle between the Sonoma Division (AFC West) vs. the Harvest Division (NFC South). Peyton is back on Monday Night.
