Well, this is awkward. Alex Ovechkin apparently called his coach d a "fat f--k" during the Washington Capitals' game on November 1, 2011.

Ovechkin appeared upset for not being on the ice during the last minute of a game between the Capitals and Anaheim Ducks.

The plan seemed to work. The Capitals scored a last-minute goal to tie the game 4-4. The Caps went on to win at overtime.

Ovechkin wasn't too thrilled by the call despite the win. After a timeout Ovechkin remains on the bench and appears to be muttering to himself.

"“I thought other guys were better than him and I thought there was just a chance that other guys might score the goal,” Boudreau told the media after the game. “I’ve got to put out the guys that I think are going to score the goal and 99 percent of the time Alex is the guy I think is going to score the goal. I just didn’t think Alex was going to score the goal at that time tonight. You go with your gut feeling, thinking that line is going pretty good and I got lucky.”
