UFC 141 is set to take place on December 30, 2011. Unlike most UFC events, this one takes place on a Friday night rather than a Saturday night, likely to avoid airing on New Year's Eve.

What Time is UFC 141 Live?
UFC 141's main card starts at around on 10 pm ET on pay-per-view. There are also preliminary Facebook fights that begin at 6:50 ET. Another set of preliminary fights are set to air on Spike TV at 9 pm ET.
Where Can I Watch UFC 141 Live?
The main UFC 140 bouts can be watched live via YouTube and Yahoo! Sports (These are pay-per-view). The main event: Brock Lesnar and Alistair Overeem.
Two of the prelims will air in Spike. You can see more undercard fights on UFC's Facebook page.
Aside from traditional pay-per-view from your local cable provider, you can watch online or via mobile. No doubt, there will be plenty of UFC 140 livestreams online, some authorized by the UFC and some... not so much.
Of course, your local sports bar will most likely be showing UFC 141.
