London 2012: Roger Federer vs Andy Murray in Gold Medal Tennis Final: Wimbledon Part II. When is the Roger Federer-Andy Murray Final? Start Time, Schedule [Updated]

It's on: the match we were hoping for Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer will face British champion Andy Murray for the Olympic Gold Medal in Men's Singles Tennis. This is the sequel to Wimbledon 2012, and it's going to be epic.

The Federer-Murray Olympic match will be played on Sunday, August 5. The Gold Medal match begins at 2pm BST/9am ET/6am PT.

Roger Federer beat Juan Martin Del Potro (ARG) to secure his spot in the final, while Andy Murray defeated Novak Djokovic (SRB) to set the stage for this awesome match-up.... which will be played on Wimbledon Centre Court. Unlike Wimbledon, the Olympic Gold Medal match will be played over just three sets.

Quote

Obviously I've never won a Slam before but I've never won a gold either. But winning a silver medal at least feels really good. And losing in the final of a Grand Slam felt terrible.
Andy Murray

Best believe you'll be able to watch the Federer-Murray Olympic tennis match live:

Juan Martin Del Potro will face Novak Djokovic for the Bronze Medal, also on August 5. The Bronze Medal match starts at noon BST/7am ET/4am PT.
