Spain Advances To World Cup Final, Beats Germany 1-0
Spain has advanced to the world cup final on Sunday defeating a surprisingly flat German squad 1-0 in the world cup semi-final match up.

Initially it was a tight tentative match but Spain opened up and became the aggressor, Germany stayed in a defensive shell and never really threatened the Spanish side, managing only 5 shots on goal and 2 shots on target.

The first half was tight affair but in the end the Spanish side pulled ahead in the second half with Carlos Puyol giving Spain the lead for good, ending the Germany run in Durban.
