Team Canada vs. Team Russia - two long-time rivals and hockey powerhouses will compete Wednesday for the Gold Medal in the World Junior Hockey Championship for 2011 at the HSBC arena in Buffalo.

Canada World Junior Championship 2011, Canada vs USA

Team Canada will be looking for its sixth gold medal in the last seven years after falling to the U.S. in last year's tournament. For Team Russia, a victory would give them their third World Junior title since 2002. It would also help them avoid another runner-up finish to the Canadians; Russia finished second to Canada three years in a row from 2005 to 2007.

The Canucks earned a 6-3 win over the Russians on Boxing Day, this year's tournament-opener for both teams. Since then, the Canadians' only blemish came in a 6-5 shootout loss to Sweden in the final game of the preliminary round.

how absolutely unfair that the world juniors hockey game, canada vs russia, gold medal game, is only broadcast on tsn. how very unfair to the rest of the hockey fans that do not subscribe to that station. how totally unfair to the rest of CANADA

i just think that this is an outrage for interested people in canada that like to watch our country play hockey. I think it is very unfair of TSN to have the monopoly on a hockey game that concerns our country. it shows, those with the money, get what they want, MORE MONEY, and tsn is proof right here, right now tonight. I WILL NOT GO TO THEIR WEBSITE TO SEE THE GOALS. THEY ARE UNFAIR AND NOW, I WILL BOYCOT THEM TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. even if i am the only one who cares about this, it doesn't matter. this is unfair

Complaining that they have a monopoly when clearly someone posted and showed you a way to watch the game anyway, yet you still complain, shows that you're an idiot in every aspect of the word. Just so you know, Canada lost and thank goodness. I hope one day you figure out how the world works and get over this "I'm poor and some people have something that I can't have so I cry" business.
