WWE's Hell in a Cell 2012 took place on Sunday, October 28. Considered one of the biggest WWE events of the year, Hell in Cell featured most of the industry's biggest names including The Big Show, CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio.

Much of the night was focused on CM Punk, who faced upstart Ryback in the main event. Punk managed to hold off Ryback to win the Hell in a Cell main event and hold onto his title.

• Big Show defeated Sheamus (c) - Singles match for the World Heavyweight Championship
• Eve (c) defeated Layla and Kaitlyn - Triple threat match for the Divas Championship
