As the biggest football competition kicks off in South Africa, fans all around the region are getting in the mood for the 2010 World Cup. In one house in Glusburn, Keighley, every bedroom has a flag & even the car. This year, our chances are high to win the World Cup, fans are proud to be English and according to England star John Terry “the country would stop dead for weeks.” We asked locals what they think about the world cup. Supporter Neil Crowther said “If we live up to our potential, we have a good chance of winning; it’ll be something to be proud of for England.”

“I think we have as good chance as any other team,” Mum, Joanne Riley said.

Get your flag flying and show your support.
