Detroit Lions linebacker Zack Follett will see more playing time this season after the Lions traded Ernie Sims to the Philadelphia Eagles. Zack Follett, growing in infamy for his hard hits, is sending a message to his opponents by dressing in his best white socks, baggy shorts, South Park t-shirt and football helmet, and popping down to the local drugstore. The Zack Follett tampon video is another bizarre offering that will either make you laugh or give you a headache.

Zack Follett then chews on some beef jerky (it will take you a moment to figure out what he's eating) while picking out a package of Playtex Sport tampons as well as some Barbie Band-Aids... for his opponents.

Aside from tackling guys on the field, Zack Follett is proving to be a pro at making viral videos, including getting into a cage with real lions.
