Zooey Deschanel Sings Star Spangled Banner at World Series Game 4

Zooey Deschanel, the manic pixie dream girl from 500 Days of Summer and star of The New Girl on Fox, sang the National Anthem at the beginning of Game 4 of the 2011 World Series.

Zooey Deschanel can sing-- she's part of She & Him-- and proved it with her rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. She did a pretty good job, and, in light of recent celeb attempts at the National Anthem, that's a compliment. You can watch the refreshingly shriek-free video below.
