Sports On My Mind

Yesterday I wrote a post
imploring Kevin Durant, University of Texas wonderkind forward, to stay
in school for at least one more year. In addition to growing physically
and gaining  the strength that comes with another year on Earth, Durant
needs to grow emotionally, a subject I alluded to referencing his love
of “Now Or Later” candy.

Today I found a Washington Post article
by Sally Jenkins introducing Durant to the Washington, D.C. and
Metropolitan Area audience (Durant is from Suitland, Maryland, a suburb
of the Nation’s Capitol).
