LOPATCONG TOWNSHIP, N.J., April 11 - A man abducted his 4-month-old daughter and her mother on Monday in Irvington, N.J., then led the police on a high-speed chase that ended in a tense seven-and-a-half-hour standoff with the police here in western New Jersey, the authorities said. He finally surrendered in the evening at the urging of his mother and his sister, officials said.
