Stanwood Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic in September.

The Stanwood Chamber of Commerce is holding its first annual Golf Tournament at Camaloch Golf Course, Camano Island, Washington on September 9, 2005. “Other area Chambers have found that golf tournaments are great ways to network, promote local businesses and raise funds for Chamber programs” said Chamber President Leslie Tripp. “We’re excited to bring this opportunity to the Stanwood Camano area.”

Local businesses are joining in to make the event successful. Smashed Tomatoes Italian Restaurant will be catering the lunch following the tournament and several key sponsors have already signed up at $500 each.

Windermere/Camano Island Realty, Inc.is sponsoring a hole-in-one prize at the Chamber Golf Classic on September 9th. The lucky golfer that makes a hole-in-one at the designated hole at Camaloch Golf Course will win a 2005 Toyota Scion from Foothills Toyota in Mt. Vernon. This generous prize, along with other prizes for golfers, will make this an event you won't want to miss!
