Stephen Harper heads to Ottawa (Canadian Business)

Voters in the past may have described Stephen Harper as "too scary" or "too rigid" to take the reins from Paul Martin and lead the country. But they obviously weren't scared last night when they elected the Calgary-based economist to lead Canada with a minority government.
