Stop Night Grinding Tooth and Check Up by alesnormales

It usually occurs at night, while the tooth grinder isn ’t aware of it to stop it. You may have been a tooth grinder for years and not realizing it. Check if you are a Tooth Grinder!

Tooth grinding, called bruxism, affects a great portion of adults and estimates span from 50 to 95%. It usually occurs at night, while the tooth grinder isn’t aware of it to stop it. You may have been a tooth grinder for years and not realizing it.

The etiology of tooth grinding is unclear, but the condition has been associated with stress, occlusal disorders, allergies and sleep positioning. Because of its nonspecific pathology, bruxism may be difficult to diagnose. In addition to complaints from sleep partners, signs of teeth grinding include masticatory pain or fatigue, headaches, tooth sensitivity and attrition, oral infection and temporomandibular joint disorders.
