Raw: Texas cop Tasers 72 year old, great-grandmother

A 72-year-old grandma was tasered by police in Texas during a routine traffic stop.

Kathryn Winkfein was pulled over for doing 60 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. Austin police claim that Winkfein shouted profanities and attacked an officer, at which point she was tased.

The 72-year-old taser victim denies the charges.

"I wasn't argumentative, I was not combative. This is a lie. All of this is a lie, pulled away from him I did not," she said, reading the arrest affidavit.

Raw video of the incident shows Winkfein saying "I dare you" after a police officer threatens to tase her. Winkfein then tries to get back into her car before the officer tases the grandma.

Here is a larger version of the 72-year-old tasered video.

I am personally very angry with Police Officers that allow temper to go beyond reason, pushing someone because of some words that were not offensive, while the officer made a mountain out of a mole hill and bullying to go beyond common sense.

Below is what I wrote to Mr. Scarborough on MSNBC that has seemed to go hard right republican fanatics.

I sent this because the entire conversation between a second rate reporter and Press Secretary was taken out of content, as usual by the right wing republican fanatics

Subject: GET OVER IT! OBAMA WON AND THE GREAT CARL ROVE MACHINE LOST!

Morning Joe obscures Gibbs'-(President Obama’s Press Secretary), Bush's remarks to attack Gibbs, defend Bush

Dear Joe,

GET OVER IT!  OBAMA WON AND THE GREAT CARL ROVE MACHINE LOST!  Give the Democratic People a chance to have eight years and see where we go.  You see the huge debt came to us Democrats.  Then we had to do whatever necessary to not have an even bigger DEPRESSION than before.  Not because of the Democratic Party of the People, but because of the Rove machine that helped the greedy rich scoundrels to take advantage of the middle class, lower-middle class and the poor (who has now turned into the severely poor or slum-dog street people, because of Mr. Rove's great machine).  The Banks, AIG, Maddoff's family empire of thieves, the Auto Companies and the men and women who need those big trucks, SUV's, campers, and big buses to travel mostly alone in their monster vehicles.   While I am saving the environment by using a 4 cylinder vehicle that gets over 32 miles a gallon of gas, and now the latest rich scoundrel coming to light is a big bad TEXAN named of Stanford and so many have come out of Texas lately.  Lets look at the Police Officer who tasered a 72 year old woman.  What is with authority positions, does power go to their heads or is it just <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Texas?   I think not, you see it is always impressive for a man to push any women around, no matter what the age of the woman.

When a woman gets the respect, as the elected President of the United States only then will we have a better chance, truly every American, not just the male majority wealthy in this country, as it has been in the past, but every single American.

I personally would prefer Socialism, rather than greedy males doing Ponzi schemes to the higher middle class on down the line of classes in America (much like the country India has of people classes-to the Slum Dog Men, Women and Children), while they the rich add to their wealth.  This is not Democracy, when we allow these Ponzi Artists to walk away with our money, and receive very little justice, if any for the crimes that have been committed to American Citizens.

Regards,

Ms. Pamela Ann Walsh

I guess it would be okay if they let her go on at her 60 mph speed in a 35 mph speed zone and kill someone's child....could be yours.  Would that be okay?  I know one thing, if anyone of you were in trouble and needed help from a policeman... I am sure your tune would be different...

You dont resist arrest or ignore an officers request when he/she is doing their job. This lady did and he did what he had to do.  For those who feel the office was out of line your just being sympathatic to the elderly. Trust me the elderly can be very aggressive.....
