Ambulance 'loses way' to hospital

This is strange, the ambulance driver should get a proper training before start working. Imagine when someone in critical moment e.g. pregnant woman, that can cause two life in jeopardy.

Ambulance drivers are to get additional training after a vehicle got lost as it was taking a woman to hospital, who later died.
