This “california security firm” will not release any information on who their parent company is. It’s all really strange. Something is really wrong with this. This must be a FEMA camp and the helpers? are here to take our guns and lock us up. They are just getting set up. Since when does a contract make it legal for foreign troops to boss civilians around. They should be put out of the country. An investigation needs to be done to see who is behind this.....like Obama.
