NP Rank:
Are these REAL Terrorists?
I took this interesting scene at the public event organized by the photographers' union against the restrict right of photographers in the UK.
In this recent law (Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000) the police force have a wide powers to stop and search anyone for "articles of a kind which could be used in connection with terrorism" regardless of whether they have reason to suspect that the presence of such article, if found.
More than 500 photographers with various cameras attended on Saturday 23rd January 2010 in the Trafalgar Square, London, England.

It is, and always will be the legacy of Smith being in a job she was not, nor ever would be, qualified.
The restrictions of people, both British and foreign in the UK due to NuLabs idiotic laws is beyond what the British constitution would allow. This and many other laws need to be fought in the 'Supreme Court' - better still the Law Lords. While these laws are on the statute book British Justice is a joke.
