NP Rank:
Artist's record-breaking toaster
This article really interesting, i think the pastry chef extra hand to catch the bread...
Freddie Yauner, 26, from London, set the Guinness World Record during the Royal College of Art graduate show.
A piece of toast popped from the toaster by Mr Yauner reached a height of 2.6metres (8.5ft), reports the BBC.
The record, the first of its kind in the records book, was confirmed by an adjudicator who was present to witness the attempt.
The artists used a high-pressure CO2 gas system and mechanical ram to boost his toaster's pop.

renovatio, I like this story. It's good stuff. I regret getting rid of my circa 1975 USA made toaster last year, cause the two I have bought since then can't make a decent piece of toast, but then I checked where the toasters were manufactuered.."Nuff Said"!
