A 19 year old Northern Ontario man was arreseted by police for exposing his otherside to drivers on the 400 highway near Barrie, Ontario. He was spotted by police as the moonstruck man was acting erractic as a p-ass-enger in a moving vehicle. Simply put this man got his butt busted for shining his mooner at other drivers.
