Cleaning the Cobra Pit Like a Boss: a Day in the Life of a Badass

Next time you're about to complain about your job, consider the guy who is tasked with cleaning a cobra pit. Not only are cobras fast and deadly, but they're also really messy.

This guy shows up for work in shorts, a t-shirt and sandals: not OSHA-approved for most physical jobs, never mind cleaning an enclosure full of neurotoxic snakes. He picks up the hissing, angry snakes by hand, tossing them aside so he can sweep up their poop, dead skin and eggs with a broom.

The video of this guy cleaning the cobra pit has spread around the world, drawing inevitable comparisons to Chuck Norris. Personally, I think this guy has honey badger DNA.

What's he thinking as he deals with all these snakes, which are reared up with hoods displayed, surrounding him on all sides? Possibilities include:

• Yes, I'm the baddest badass who ever badassed
• FML
• Who got voted off American Idol?
• Snakes... why did it have to be snakes?
• Come on, Gretchen and Pete- don't hiss at me. It's not my fault you're a bunch of slobs.

This dude is so relaxed, we can tell it's not his first day at work. Where is he, though? We can assume that this is a zoo or reptile center, and not, say, his front yard.
