A brothel in Berlin is taking a novel approach to promoting alternative transport: offering a discount to cyclists. Apparently it's working, as the brothel claims to have gained up to five new customers per day who are taking advantage of the offer. In case you were wondering, the discount also applies to folks who take the bus.
By the way, it's a €5 discount. That's about $7.
This is above board, by the way, as prostitution is legal in Germany.
"Obviously we hope that the discount will attract more people," he added. "It's good for business, it's good for the environment -- and it's good for the girls."
Any punter who arrives by bike – the puns readily spring to mind with this story – or who can prove they've travelled by public transport qualifies for the discount (they must present a valid ticket and a map of Berlin's public transport network upon arrival).

:) well, I suppose if it help the environment one could argue for it.
I just wonder what came first the idea to help the environment or to increase business?
Good question you asked at the end. I wonder my self about that.
