Better Call Torchwood: Ghost Girl Causing Accidents

The people who allegedly saw the ghost didn't crash, researchers report that they did have to 'swerve around the apparition' to avoid it.

Investigators implied that, though they are not sure of the identity of the 'ghost girl', she may the person who was drowned at a nearby farm on the road. The farm itself, is no longer there.
