"There's no tow like a camel tow." Apparently. Camel Towing, that's the name of the hottest towing service in St. Louis right now. Mike Christopher took a risk with the name of his tow co. but his entrepreneurial pun has paid off.

In an interview with a St. Louis-based blog 45-year-old Christopher explained the rationale behind the raunchy name saying, "A buddy of mine from high school and I have been talking about this for ten years. Finally, we were sitting around drinking one night and I said, 'What the hell, I'm going to do it!'"

Christopher
went from being a teamster truck driver until he got hurt three years ago to running three trucks with the best rates and name in town. Christopher shared an anecdote saying validating the greatness of the name saying, "the other day I'm driving down the highway and this guy sees my truck and he whips a U-turn and follows me all the way to my shop. It's Tony Twist. He shook my hand and said it was the greatest name he ever heard of."

With rates like a $45 hookup fee and $3 a mile, Christopher has locked down the best rates in St. Louis and with pun-fully amusing catch phrases like "Call us if you're in a hairy situation, a tight jam, a pinch, a slippery spot. We'll pull you out" and "we come lickety split" there's no stopping Camel Towing.
