Casper the Cat Rides Bus Regularly in Plymouth
A cat in Plymouth, Devon frequents the number 3 bus from his home so often that its drivers know where to let him off. Casper the cat has been queuing with other passengers for months and curling up in bus seat for the ride, according to the bbc.
Susan Finden, 55, picked up the kitty from a rescue home in 2002, and named him after Casper the Friendly Ghost on account of his habit of wandering off. She only recently found out that Casper has been using public transport for months.
The bus company First plans to accommodate its furry passenger:
A notice has been put up by First in the bus drivers' rest room in Plymouth bus station asking them to look after the rogue passenger if they spot him sneaking on board.
Driver Rob Stonehouse told the Plymouth Herald: "He usually just curls up at the back of the bus. Sometimes he nips between people's legs but he never causes any trouble."
