If anyone has the guts to listen to the album--I'm sworn off sociopathic music--please review it in a comment below.
Well, Charlie don't surf, but he does pay attention to modern trends. Convicted mass murderer and outright lunatic Charles Manson has reportedly put his latest album up online to download for free.

One Mind, his 13th album, is now available through the Creative Commons license - the same outlet Trent Reznor used for his recent multi-million dollar venture, Ghosts. Creative Commons allows anyone to "download, share and mix other people's music as long as they give proper credit."

Why the hell not, I guess. The nutter is serving a life sentence without any possible hope for parole. So there you go.

Click here to download the album... if you dare! [Cue sinister laugh]

When I can get something other than dial up, you can bet I'm going to download this.  Call it some stupid fasination thing I have with the man.  Not in a good way or anything like that, but have been listening to stories since I was little.  My mom remembers seeing the group in California (where I was raised), at a public park.  I have watched Helter Skelter so many times.

I find it interesting that a person could have so much power over people, though I do know drugs were involved, and those without much confidence or hope.  I don't believe the man is crazy, but a big ego he must have.  He tries his best to fool people into making himself looked whacked out, but come on.  In the new movie Helter Skeltor, if what he states are some of his reasonings and beliefs, some of what he has to say I believe in too.  Kinda strange, in my teens I was kinda mixed up myself, and to be honest I think if I had known Manson myself during those year, I could easily have been caught up in it all too.  Thank goodness I now have confidence and am emotionally stable, where before I was not.

But in light of the story, if it is true, why not?  Just because he is locked up doesn't mean he needs to be locked out of his creativness as well.  At least we know with him in prison, he can no longer do any harm.  He's not the only one that gets their creativness made public, so why not.  Go Manson Go!

Also, I'd like to add that it was stated on the news, I believe, last Friday that there were bone remains of more than one person found at that ghost town him and his group stayed at, and Manson may again go to trial... how interesting  Here is a link to the story ... clicky here
