Chicago divorce lawyer Corri Fetman had drawn attention to her practice thanks to a series of racy billboards she has posted around the city. The lawyer may have drawn some negative attention now that Playboy is suing Corri Fettman for stealing the phrase "Lawyer of Love," a term that the magazine used in an advice column that Fetman briefly wrote for the Playboy website.

The Corri Fetman-Playboy lawsuit comes on the heels of a sexual harassment suit Fetman filed in earlier this year. Fetman claims that Thomas Hagopian, an executive in the digital branch of Playboy Enterprises, sent her several inappropriate e-mails and phone calls, groped her. Fetman also accused Hagopian of taking away her Lawyer of Love column in July 2008. The Corri Fetman sexual harassment suit is pending.

CorriFetman later tried to trademark the phrase "Lawyer of Love."  Playboy alleges that she is seeking to capitalize on the company's reputation and has asked the court for a temporary restraining order and monetary damages.

Previously, Corri Fetman gained attention by putting up billboards in Chicago with the phrase, "Life's short. Get a divorce."
