The Dead Farmer and the Cow

by mrbarky | March 8, 2008 at 01:39 am | 314 views | 2 comments

The BBC reports that a 70 year old farmer has died in an "incident" with a cow.  It won't say what the incident was (and they don't say "accident" mind you).  No foul play is suspected, but they did kill the cow afterwards.

Was this some sort of death from natural causes and the cow just happened to be standing there?  Did the cow do it?

I suppose we'll never know...

There are all sorts of disgusting things some farmers get up to with cows. I should know:  I used to work on a farm! Things that the Beeb would never portray on TV!

"Yuck" is the word here, I think... It's just a shame that the cow was killed for the crime of outweighing the farmer.
