Debrahlee Lorenzana Too Hot For Work? Citibank Fights Back
Debrahlee Lorenzana is Suing Citibank For Firing Her Due to Her Appearance, But Citibank Says it is Time For Lorenzana To 'Get Over Herself'
Citibank has called Debrahlee Lorenzana 'a publicity hound' and said it is time to get over 'her sexy self'.
The former Citibank employee is suing the company for firing her because she said she was too attractive for them. Photos of Debrahlee Lorenzana.
She has hired celebrity attorney Gloria Allred to represent her in the case, but Citibank released this statement about the gender discrimination case against them:
"Although we can't speak to her previous attention-seeking activities, her current attempts to gain personal publicity are as transparent as her legal claims," the bank said.
"We remain confident that when all of the facts and documentation are presented, the claim will be dismissed."
Lorenzana has previously said that the human rights division should get involved in her case as it is a human rights matter. Allred agrees of course that 'no woman should have to suffer in silence'.
Lorenzana insisted she's no fame-seeker, and defended a 2003 TV appearance in which she cradled giant melons against her chest and expressed hopes for "huge, double-D" breasts through a boob job.
"I just wanted my body to be the same how it used to be before I had a child," Lorenzana said.
