Did Halliburton Cause the Oil Rig Disaster by Terrorist Methods?

Neither is any other company.The Obama administration gave BP permission to drill at the site in March of 2009. This has not changed, and BP is currently drilling at two nearby locations to reduce the pressure causing the leak and to hopefully begin extracting oil for its commercial operations.
