In my observation, many professors, scholars, university lecturers, etc, who are in the category of intellectuals are bald. Not only this, people in the highest responsibility of leadership are also bald. Does it mean that deep thinking accelerates baldness? Or is it too much anxiety that accelerates baldness?
Another symptom on such people is early grey hair (for black hair people). People say that baldness and grey hear is hereditary. Yes, heredity matters and this is observed on non scholar and ordinary people. But baldness and grey hair on scholars and leaders at the early stage must be something other than heredity, that is, either deep thinking or anxiety.
Anxiety, I think, is a major reason. People anxious usually use drinking to get relief of worry yet they get early grey hair. Therefore, anxiety outweighs deep thinking as a cause for early baldness and grey hair. This generalization may be hasty as I am not a physician and I invite experts on this issue!
