For the last few days I haven't been sleeping well. I needed a pick up and this did it for me. They add energy packets now plus the 5 shots (with 1 extra shot added) they put in. The energy packet includes a blend of B vitamins, guarana, and ginseng and they shake it. Plus I added 2 extra shots of classic. I know I'm bad.
