Eddye Lovely and his 20 year-old son, Brenden, were arrested Monday, August 17, 2009 after allegedly attacking a woman in the drive through of a Chik-Fil-A in the Houston area. Lovely was blocking the drive through of the fast food establishment with his black Bentley when a woman and her husband honked at the car for it to move. After the woman and her husband honked at Lovely he proceeded to get out of his vehicle and began to scream and then attack the woman.

Witnesses said the husband honked and the Bentley's driver got out of his car. The victim got out of her vehicle and a shouting match ensued. According to police reports, the 20-year-old and the 15-year-old then got out of the Bentley and attacked the woman.

The woman was bleeding and suffered minor injuries but did not require hospitalization.

A police report says the victim's husband and other witnesses were unable to help the victim because Eddye Lovely claimed to have a firearm, though one was never displayed.

Police statements were given by witnesses who supplied both descriptions and cell phone photographs of the Bentley and its license plate. Bail was set for Eddye and Brenden Lovely at $6,500 and $5,000 respectively.

Eddye and his son face charges of assault with bodily injury while Eddye also faces a charge of making a terrorist threat.
