Emergency Responders Train for Zombie Apocalypse
First responders and emergency agencies converged in Bangor, Maine to fend off the devastation of a zombie apocalypse.
Because we all know there is an impending zombie apocalypse waiting to happen, emergency responders in Bangor, Maine have created a training session on how to respond to an epidemic if one spread through Maine.
In the mock situation, disease, chaos and the walking dead took over. While the zombie apocalypse wasn't real pandemics like the H1N1 virus in 2009 and the SARS outbreak in 2002 have proven to authorities they need to be prepared for anything.
Eight communities from Eastern Maine participated in the training.
This whole thing probably started in late May when Rudy Eugene, under the influence of drugs and possibly bath salts, attacked and the face of another man in Florida. Several other things have happened in the state, including mysterious substances that have made people sick in schools and airports.
However, the CDC still denies that there is any virus linked to zombies, including the LPQ-79 virus. But, there is truth to any myth....
Kudos to Bangor, Maine for wanting to be prepared in case such epidemic does arise. The rest of the United States, well, world actually, need to follow in the footsteps of the Maine
