Exchange guns for sex toys: Pleasures shop's offer to customers

Huntsville: A shop in Alabama has offered romance inspiring gifts in exchange for guns. This is the same shop – Pleasures - that hit the headlines by opening ‘America’s first sex toy drive-thru. Pleasures is located at 4008 University Drive in Huntsville. Owner of the shop Sherri Williams promised gifts equal to the value of the guns as determined by licensed gun dealer David Smith. Stating that guns in any coundition would be accepted, she said taking 300 guns off the streets was the goal. “My contribution is to making love not war in Alabama,” she explained. In Alabama guns are legal and adult toys are not, she said. She said any guns used in crimes will be turned over to police and the rest will be auctioned at Mypleasurestore.com. she said a portion of the profits would go to victims of violent crimes in Alabama.
