By my count, this is the best UFO-related story since October 31, 2007, when U.S.presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich defended his alien-sighting on national T.V.

A young man's creative marriage proposal apparently triggered several UFO reports in a small town in Germany.

Bavarian police say several people called Wednesday night to alert them to strange lights floating above the sleepy town of Plattling.

It turns out the lights were 50 paper lanterns sent aloft by a 29-year-old man proposing marriage to his girlfriend.

Neither the man nor the 27-year-old woman were identified.

However, police report that the woman did say "Yes."

My daughter and I witnessed Green Men at the Walmart in Roswell, New Mexico buying new tires, drills, shovels, and hoes. Some of the tourists looked a little green themselves.

I took this picture on the way to US from Singapore.

When i opened the window, i saw a spectacular scene gifted by nature.. where i could see both day and night at a time :)


I am an amateur photographer and was trying my hand on shutter speed and shot this picture

Unfortunately, not a real UFO. The shape at the top of the image is a raindrop on the image and the object at the left hand, center side of the screen is an airplane with its fog lights on. I live in Seattle and yes, you guessed it.....it rains a lot. So not a real UFO but proof that one can twist interpretations to their own disposal. I'm not a skeptic, I know for a fact that real UFOs and extraterrestrials exist, but this photo was just for fun.

It was in the middle of the night. Suddenly we saw this ufo. The radio stopped to play, and loud sound came out the speakers.
First we did not know what we saw. We were speechless.

One evening I was at my friend's apartment enjoying some tea and music and all of a sudden, as I looked out the window, I saw something incredible - a strange soft light was lighting the sky and surrounding some interesting contraption. "Oh, no!", I thought, "it cannot be ...."
I took a few seconds to see if this things was moving, it was not, then I looked above my had and back out the window again...Guys, sorry to disappoint, it is not UFO, it is just a reflection of chandelier in the window. Maybe you've already guessed, but I had to tell you anyway....well, just so you know for sure:-)

I think my picture either shows a helicopter with very weird search lighting, or ET on his way to the Burger King drive-through...


Nice Story though ;)

The other day i saw a couple of these lanterns. They look pretty amazing in the night sky...

UFO's in the skys of Bauru, in Brazil??
Probably not. I think it's the city lights reflected in the fog after the rain.
By the way, this picture was taken using a D40x Nikon camera. I also photographed the scene with a Fuji S7000, a very different camera. With the S7000 there were no UFO's!
