Looking through photos taken at the annual San Antonio high school Frontier Bowl football game between rivals Harlandale Indians and McCollum Cowboys, fans noticed an orb appearing just above the Southern horizon in one of the pictures.
After posting it on facebook, one McCollum alumn, Mario Bosquez (of Martha Stewart Living Radio fame with Living Today on Sirius 112/XM 157 at noon from New York) commented "Interesting pic... slightly tilted to the side but there is a face in that orb..."
The more people viewed it, the more people saw the face in the orb.
Memorial Stadium, site of the Harlandale School District's games, is located next to Mission and San Jose cemetaries, close to San Jose Mission and other famous missions....but especially close to nearby legendary haunted areas, including Berg's Mill, Donkey Lady hunting grounds, ghostly Chinese Graveyard, Aqueduct Blue Lights, Haunted Railroad Tracks and more.
Citizens of the south San Antonnio take their ghost and haunted legends seriously. There is growing speculation that the "Frontier Bowl Orb" might play a role along side the traditonal spirits that reside in the area.
