For more than a year an FBI informant wore a wire and caught cops demanding payoffs, staging accidents and selling guns. This probe started after Investigator exposed widespread fraud in the towing industry two years ago.

I really dislike cops that much more after this!
Imagine getting a tow and then you get a bill for 1000!!!!!!!
I would lose my mind!
