FEMA, WHO, UN Concentration Camp Round up To Begin July 27 2009

The U.S. State Department Publication 7277 outlines a one world police force under the United Nations. The Commission for Global Governance released a report: Our Global Neighbourhood, that predicates a world court, a global tax, and global police force.

The coming one world government is being set up in the political arena under the flag of the United Nations, through organizations such as the Trilateral Commission, Council of Foreign Relations, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Bilderbergers, and the Club of Rome whose members include many world leaders, media personalities and other influential people. The published goal of the Council of Foreign Relations for example is a one world government. And although most have never heard of many of these groups, they do exist, and they are very influential. The core of these groups hold to "illuminist" philosophy.

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

If this is as ridiculous as you say, Teacher Dude, someone needs to tell Congress, especially Alcee Hastings and the co-sponsors to H.R. 645.  They seem to think we don't have enough prisons and empty army bases to hold all the folks who will need to be encamped.  So they are seeking financing for six (6) concentration camps to be built and equipped in the U.S.A.  Write your congressperson and ask about it.  That is a real congressional bill, not a low grade conspiracy theory. 

With budget constraints being as they are, I cannot imagine congresspersons petitioning for millions or billions to spend on "emergency centers" unless they intend to use them, can you? 

They are dividing the FEMA zones and applying over one million FOREIGN SOLDIERS with U.S. military between the zones.They are going to try and get people to participate in "mock" drills,that will allow them to have citizens willingly turn over firearms as part of the drill..then take everyone into custody to be transported by trains to designated concentration camps to be gassed.

  I pray this doesnt happen..but can you explain why one million foreign troops were brought into America..on American Soil..without the public being made aware of it? They are already here!

That makes Chinese population about 4 times larger than the USA, and India 3 times more populated.

Also, you are forgetting to mention that the "sheeple" of America- the uninformed citizens who will basically go along with whatever the government tells them, make up a majority of the population, and the government will not have to worry about them!  It is those who disagree with the government's plan for the New World Order, that will be rounded up and taken to the FEMA camps.
