This clip made me chuckle the few times I watched it, at first you are not sure what to make of it then all of a sudden this naked dude on a bike with training wheels rolls by.  Your eyes are drawn to the lit poster sign until you see a shawdowy figure approaching.  After enhancement of the video you can see a close up of the rider on this child's bike.  It is an Alien , a Gray to be more precise out for an earthly bike ride.  Extremely funny and a nice lighter side to ufology that is worth a look at for a laugh.
