Illegal Trespass of student causes stir

Western Washington University does not want gabriel agbasi
on their property for one year - Western Washington University
actually took him to court.

The WHATCOM COUNTY DISTRICT COURT CAUSE Nos CC5852 & CC5855
( TRESPASS 2nd DEGREE X 2 ) were the charges against Gabriel Agbasi.

The Case was promptly dismissed on AUGUST 23, 2007 1:30 PM.

Gabriel Agbasi, a physicist, graduated from SUNY at Albany 1995 with
a BS in Physics and was studying at Western Washington University
preparing to take on addition degrees and do further research at
the university.
