In Overland Park, Kansas something that goes bang in the night was caught on a security camera in a local gym.  Gym owner Kim Peterson while reviewing security video noticed a strange white ghost like orb on the tape.  Motion sensors detected a white orb hovering around the gym.  This occurred beteewn 2-4:30am a total of nine times.  Provision Security experts say that this cannot be explained by conventional measures.  The detectors work on motion dection and that a bug or dust would not set off them, not even a passing car's headlights would trigger them.  Perhaps the ghost of the legandary bodybuilder Joe Weider paid a visit for a ghostly workout session.  Many paranormal experts also say that the best examples of paranormal activity and  related incidents happen in those hours  .  A perfect window of paranormal phenomena occurring caught on tape.  Kim Peterson's son suggested that it was "grandpa"  making sure Kim's new business was going well.  That is a peaceful thought and one that is encouraging to those who believe in the after-life
