Grace Van Cutsem Looked Really Bored at William and Kate's Wedding

I stayed up way too late to cover the Royal Wedding, mostly wrangling photos coming in from Getty Images. I (and many others) noticed that one particular little girl seemed downright bored and miserable with the whole Royal Wedding thing. Her name is Grace Van Cutsem.

Grace Van Cutsem is Rose Astor's and Hugh Van Cutsem's daughter, and Prince William's goddaughter. She's three years old, which explains why, though she's really cute as a pint-sized flower girl, she looks so bored with all that waiting around, moving slowly, and waving at people she doesn't even know.

Grace Van Cutsem is also not thrilled with loud noises, as you can see from her reactions to the roaring crowd at Buckingham Palace and the Royal Air Force flyby. You can see her in the lower left of the photo below.

Personally, I can't help but think that Grace Van Cutsem's facial expression looks like those of the Little Sisters from Bioshock. In a sea of pomp and circumstance, little Grace keeps it real, and for that I salute her.
