Apparently this is not the first time a guitar has been stolen this way.
I will try to find the video of this one. (Sorry can't find it)
LEWISTON, Maine - Police are searching for a man accused of shoving an electric guitar in his pants and walking out of a store in Lewiston, Maine.
Police say the theft occurred last week and they're looking for three men. One of the men shoved a Fender Stratocaster in his pants and pulled a sweatshirt over the top. The other two acted as lookouts.
All three can be seen on footage from video surveillance.

I read a childrens' book 9when I was a child) in which a kid steals two air rifles in a similar manner.

When I was a kid in the 70's in London during the Kung Fu craze we used to hide Nunchucks down our trousers, perhaps other members would like to share what strange things they may had hidden in their pants.
