HAARP - Conspiracy Theory With Jesse Ventura

HAARP (The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program that researches radio waves and is funded by the U.S. Government) has been targeted as a conspiracy organization again.  Apparently this time HAARP caused global warming, which is more scientifically known as climate change.
Here is the theory:

Melting the polar ice caps with the use of HAARP is what's making "global warming" happen, so that the excuse to shift from gasoline to hydrogen and bio-fuels will happen along with desalinating ocean water and selling it back to the populace.

But that's not all.  The reason that the NAARP, a government agency, wants everyone to switch from gasoline to alternate energy is so that you need to buy a new car - and new cars are more likely to have OnStar installed in them.  The ultimate goal of NAARP is to track where ever you go - and of course lock and unlock your doors when ever they want.

I can't begin to image the endless purposes of OnStar locking and unlocking your car doors.

Other NAARP conspiracy theories include:

  • Earthquakes - by sending radio waves very high up (above 70 kilometers) NAARP is able to alter Earth's core and cause earthquakes any place on the planet.  (I think I saw something like that in Austin Powers 2)
  • Missile Defense and Control - Instead of being a research facility NAARP is actually a missile defense and control station.
  • Weather Control - Although NAARP operates above 75 kilometers in altitude it is secretly controlling weather conditions in the lowest 6 kilometers of the atmosphere.
  • Mind Control - HAARP can emit an extremely low frequency radio wave that can make people feel depressed.

Seriously?

Stop 'harping on', you guys. Any budding physicist will tell you that Defence needs to communicate with its submarines using ELF [Extra Low Frequency radio waves, low enough to be in the audio range of frequencies!], which is capable of penetrating mildly conducting sea water. Everybody knows that radio waves travel in straight lines - so how did Marconi communicate around the curved Earth between England with Nova Scotia 100 yrs ago? According to Oliver Heavisde [Google him] the Earth needs an upper atmospheric conductor to achieve that - it is called the ionosphere. Suppose Sun spot activity dangerously disturbed the ionosphere then Defence may lose contact with their subs. Hence Defence is reseaching what goes on in the ionosphere relating to sun emisson or any other cosmic input.
Conspiracy falls on its butt because the ENERGIES involved are miniscule compared to what nature can spew out. For the technicaly minded a million watts switched on for a 4.18 microseconds amounts to 1 calorie, i.e enough ENERGY to raise 1 gram of water 1 degree Celsius [it takes 80 calories to melt 1 gram of ice!]. I would put money on the fact that these powers quoted for HAARP are switched on for tiny fractions of a second to do diagnostics on the reflective ability of the ionosphere for the propagation of ELF to subs. Any budding physicists out there wanting to refute this statement?

I'm interested in learning more from you about H.A.A.R.P.

Get outta here, you are such a know-it-all, defense is spelled with a "S" and not a "C".

Yeah actually. On the official HAARP website it specifically says that the "HF Transmitter is used during research campaigns to support interactive study of the ionosphere. A typical research period may last one or two weeks and up to four such campaigns may occur in a given year." So there you go, one to two weeks about four times a year. And come on... there are still so many questions that the government refuses to answer or even touch upon, and the researches are made completely ignorant to... something is going on. This tool is too powerful and unpredictable to be in the hands of the military when they are not even willing to be truthful about their intentions with it.

I agree with you 100%. Its kinda scary to think what the military can and will do with this power. I myself don't know to much about HAARP except for what I saw on Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura. The fact that everyone he talks to, both civilian and military, acts stupid. You can easily tell they are hiding something. They will not admit that they have a weapon that powerful. Who knows whats gonna happen next time they experiment with it??

Haarp and light in sky in norway 12/9/09does haarp have any thing 2 do with the light in the sky in norway, and if so what did they do??

The lights over Oslo were related to the coming of the Messiah Obama just as the old star of Bethlehem. Just a quick perusal thru the apostolic epistle of Bartimaeus in Kenyans 3:16 says: "Behold, a great light will shine in the northern fjords signaling the presence of he who will guide you from ignorance to wisdom." There is even a quatrain from Nostradamus: "the O's conveys the knell of ending days. With signs and wonders in the heavens above. The  organizer plods his weary way. His peace descending as it were a dove." Please people, don't be infidels, just believe (and hang on to your wallets).

I tried to use Google Earth to get an arial view. It appears to me the photography has been tampered with. They do not even do that for area 51.

"HAARP Conspiracy FOILED?" How exactly did you foil it? Disbelief in the potential for radio waves to disrupt the Earth - it's atmosphere and magnetic field (the weather), and to disrupt or interfere with the human nervous system (your body has an electromagnetic field - try walking in front of a TV antenna), not only proves a lack of imagination - it's a level of ignorance that is completely baffling. YES, SERIOUSLY.And with the OnStar and global warming things - I haven't heard those stories until just now, but YES, why would those ideas not be believable? They want only to control people and make money, and there are so many tiers and levels to these plans.  Instead of attacking people who have an interest in these completely secret and probably highly illegal activities, why don't you do - ANYTHING ELSE with your time?If this were ONLY a weather data gathering tool, why would there be ANY secrecy about it? Government denial and protected information is only (or SHOULD only be) for purposes of national security. And how you said "more SCIENTIFICALLY known as climate change" - as if it makes us more 'scientific' to deny what was fact  - even taught in schools, ten years ago but is now being denied so that we can feel good about motor companies and feel more comfortable every year as our winters get warmer and more erratic; as though our carbon emissions is as natural and beautiful as a waterfall.Just take a look at what you're doing here online before you go criticizing people. That's my only suggestion.

Also I haven't found 'NAARP' anywhere - did you make that up? What is it?

It's not NARRP. Everybody needs to get it correct. It is called HAARP.

Tesla invented this, and he was a hundred years ahead of his time. He also invented the idea for the internet a wireless one!  He invented alternating current, motors, the radio and alot more.  Obviously the military is aware of its potential, thats why its so classified and yes they do use disinformation techniques to hide it.

Id like to take the time to give true credit to those who actually built the HAARP antenna way before the military, government and even the Incredible Tesla (Don't get me wrong, he's a genious and i love him, but he was not the first do develop this technology). The oldest pyramid of Giza contains a solid granite stone sarcophagus in the "King's chamber" hollowed out to allow for a volume of 1331.4 liters to be held within it. The total displacement volume of the sarcophagus is 2662.8 liters. EXACTLY double to the tenth. The so called "air ducts" that protrude from the "Queen's chamber" in no way allow for air flow into the chamber. They are seeled with copper plating. What is one of the greatest conducters today? You guessed it. Copper. The sarcophagus itself once housed a veractor diode. The diode allowed for a resonance of RF energy to amplify itself based on its own mommentum. Like when you were a kid and sat in the bath tub. You pushed yourself forward and the water moved with you. Then the water pushed you back. You did it again and the water splashed out of the tub and your mom yelled at you. The resonance chamber works in the same aspect. There is a 30-35db of gain produced by this chamber. For those of you who don't quite understand, its roughly 300-400% of gain. At a large scale, meaning injecting 300Kwatts (which really isnt that much), you're getting an output of 1200-1500Kwatts of power. Now that is quite a bit. Why is the Great Pyramid of Giza is a giant RF transciever? My theory has to do with Mars. There have been discoveries of water, microscopic bacteria, and even fossils hidden beneath its red surface. All which point to the realization of life once on Mars. What is the easiest way to communicate between planets? Well, how about a huge freakin transciever? That's just my theory. Anyone want to play devil's advocate, go ahead. I'm always up for criticism. Just make sure you argue a point with facts. Or I will burn you.

Global warming is a fraud and whatever the argument for which reason it is promoted by Al Gore and his ban of activists may be a guess. One thing is sure dishonest people want to make money out of it. Promoting thing the world don't need as for example electric cars that won't run long distances and if only less than 10% should start to use these vehicles, the whole power supply will collapse. The world will need about a factor 1000 increase in power plants. It is mind boggling, but that kind of information is not put into the media.

Think of it this way..when the "hole" in the ozone apeared...where was it spotted? right above..alaska...

its called a "weather modifier"...that says enough to me.

tdidymas

My stove is a weather modifier.  It heats the kitchen and boils water which increases the relative humidity.  My central air unit is also a weather modifier.  It cools the air inside the house (and sometimes the outside for a moment), and it also reduces the relative humidity.  I can also feel wind sometimes when it turns on.
