I don't *know* that this technology is incapable of causing earthquakes- it very well might be able to. I still think it's a little presumptuous to just say it was in fact HAARP, in particular, a similar more powerful device elsewhere, or a combination. Really, I don't think anything more than speculation is possible.There is a history of seismic activity on the island of Hispaniola in question- they had an 8.1 in 1946. Geologists had also predicted a 7.2 would strike the region in the near future in 2006. It's hard to argue that it must be HAARP when it's more likely all the recent earthquake activity that occurred was natural tectonic plate shifting. There are also much more powerful devices located in places like Norway and Russia. BTW, I'm not against conspiracy theories, per se. I think a lot of information has surfaced that is hard to dismiss. It's just a healthy amount of skepticism needs to be applied in order for claims to be taken seriously. It's one thing to have doubts and concerns with the incidents of 9/11 and to worry about what the Bilderberg group is really up to, and another to confuse speculation and theory with fact. Possible does not mean likely and personal accounts are notoriously unreliable.
